A former employee of the Dallas County R-1 School District is charged with allegedly possessing child pornography.
A probable cause statement says 29-year-old Austin Paylor of Buffalo admitted to knowingly possessing child sexual abuse material.
The investigation began with a tip from the website Snapchat to Buffalo Police that a user from Buffalo was allegedly uploading illegal content.
