Springfield Police are searching for a man who left a nursing home last week.
Police say 74-year-old Darrell Jackson was last seen at a nursing home on West Mount Vernon on March 17.
He was wearing a white shirt and jeans.
If you see Jackson, you are asked to call 9-1-1 Springfield Police.
