Springfield police arrested 5 impaired drivers during a saturation patrol Friday.
Police stopped 22 drivers. In addition to the 5 drivers arrested for DWI, police also issued 20 citations.
The saturation patrols are funded by a grant from the Missouri Department of Transportation and Highway Safety Division.
