The National Weather Service says more severe winter weather is in store this week for southwest Missouri.
The weather service says a winter storm is passing through the central United States bringing snow and bitter cold temperatures Tuesday.
The snow will impact travel Tuesday.
The snow will probably start as early as Monday night and end Wednesday morning.
The low temperatures and low wind chills will continue into Thursday.
