The Kitchen Breaks Ground On Emergency Shelter 2.0

The Kitchen has broke ground on a shelter for those experiencing homelessness.

The Emergency Shelter 2.0 expands the Emergency Shelter program to 25 units.

It will stand on a property at 1855 E. Chestnut Expressway.

The Emergency Shelter 2.0 will be 12 units with private bathrooms and kitchenettes.

Emergency Shelter is a 90-day program that provides temporary shelter for individuals and families facing homelessness.
