Wildfire Damages Jasper Home

A wildfire has damaged a home in Jasper County. The fire occurred north of La Russell and burned about 15 acres in addition to damaging the home. It took firefighters about 45 minutes to fight the blaze. The cause of the wildfire is still being investigated.
