The television shows COPS is filming in Springfield with this Greene County Sheriff’s Department this week.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office signed a contract with the long running TV show in April of 2023.
The Sheriff’s Office says in a Facebook post the episode which will air on September 27 has begun filming.
The Springfield Police Department also signed a new contract with the COPS production company.
They have been featured several times and were last on COPS in 2022.
