A man is dead after a crash on Route H west of Jasper.
The Highway Patrol says a trash truck driven by 56-year-old Kim Melvin of Joplin ran off the left side of the road and overturned.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger is hospitalized with serious injuries.
