A woman who was a passenger on a train that derailed at Silver Dollar City in October 2022 has filed a lawsuit.
Silver Dollar City and Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation are being sued by Rebecca Everhart for negligence.
The lawsuit says the park did not properly maintain the train which caused it to derail.
Everhart says the accident caused her to have back injuries and P-T-S-D.
