A man from Dixon drowned in a lake in Maries County Saturday.
Highway Patrol Troopers say 86 year old Warren Cooper was getting out of his kayak when he slipped on a ramp and fell into the lake at the Rinqueltin Trail Lake Conservation Area.
Cooper was pronounced dead at the scene
