Two people are now charged after a shooting incident involving a stolen car.
A probable cause statement says 47-year-old Nicholas Mackiewizc of Springfield allegedly stole a Ford Mustang from a residence. The owner of the Mustang, 38-year-old Robert Mitchell, followed him and tried to shoot the tires out to stop him.
Both were arrested next to Mercy Hospital.
Mackiewizc is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle.
Mitchell is charged with two counts of unlawful use of a weapon.
Both are in the Greene County Jail.
