A man has been sentenced to prison for a shooting in 2021.
A judge sentenced Mikal Johnson to 22 years in prison for second-degree murder in connection to the shooting of 44-year-old Christopher Kuder.
The shooting happened on Atlantic Street in Springfield in June of 2021.
He was also sentenced to seven years for unlawfully possessing a firearm which will run concurrently with the murder sentence.
