A judge has sentenced a Christian County man for selling drugs to a 16-year-old girl who died from an overdose.
Jacob Sayre of Ozark will be required to complete a 120-day prison program and then serve five-years probation.
He pleaded guilty in March to involuntary manslaughter and delivery of a controlled substance.
Court documents say Sayre sold and dropped a package to a 16-year-old girl in September of 2022.
The girl was found dead in her bedroom the next day with a lethal amount of fentanyl in her system.
