A woman in Lebanon has been charged with child kidnapping.
Alicia Delcour was watching a friend’s child while the friend was in St .Louis taking care of her other children, who are in the NICU.
Delcour allegedly told several people the child had been given to her, and was even trying to legally change the child’s name.
She is now in the Pulaski County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
