Springfield Police are now investigating a traffic crash after a woman died from her injuries.
The crash happened last week on Campbell near Battlefield.
A minivan struck a station wagon in the rear.
Springfield Police were not called to the scene.
The drivers only exchanged insurance information.
A passenger in the station wagon, 55-year-old Frankie Wren of Reeds Spring, ask her husband to take her to urgent care the next day.
She then was then airlifted to a Springfield hospital where she died Sunday.
Springfield Police are now investigating circumstances of the crash.
