Springfield Police tasered a trespasser at a Springfield elementary school Wednesday afternoon.
Westport Elementary sent a letter to parents that a sibling of a Westport student had entered the school through a locked door.
He refused to cooperate with administrators and school police officers until the officers had to taser him.
The letter said the trespasser was turned over to juvenile authorities.
