Voters in Nixa will decide on a recreational marijuana tax in the upcoming election.
The Nixa City Council has placed a proposed three-percent sales tax on the April 2nd ballot.
The City of Nixa says if voters approve the measure, the tax revenue will go into the city’s general fund, with most of it going toward the Nixa Police Department.
