Three people are in custody in Nixa following a home invasion Wednesday morning.
Authorities say two people inside the home called police to report the break-in at a home on Bridgewood Court near Nicholas Road.
The woman who called reported two men and a woman broke into the home, assaulting the male occupant of the house as they entered.
When police arrived, they found a female suspect inside the home who was taken into custody.
Two male suspect attempted to flee the scene on foot, but were later arrested.
Nixa Police used a new piece of technology, the Nixa Police Drone, to locate the second male suspect.
While the scene was being investigated and cleared, both Nixa High School and Mathews Elementary went on lockdown as a precaution.
The identity of the three suspects, and potential charges, have not been released at this time.
