A man is dead after drowning in the Point 12 Main Channel of Pomme De Terre Lake Friday afternoon.
The Highway Patrol says witnesses reported seeing 62 year old Steven Cutbirth of Bolivar struggling in the water.
He was unconscious when rescuers brought him ashore, but he could not be revived.
