Severe weather hit the Ozarks Wednesday night.
In Wright County, Highway “Z” at Elk Creek had to be closed because of water over the roadway.
In Jasper County, The National Weather Service reported water over the road, as well as sign and roof damage.
In Joplin, the limb of a tree fell onto a parked car on McConnell Avenue and lawn furniture blown into the streets.
