An explosion at the John Twitty Energy Center power plant injured a City Utilities employee.
C-U manager Joel Alexander says the employee has minor injuries.
Alexander says a portion of the power plant was damaged. He says the power plant remains in full operation.
The incident is under investigation to determine what happened.
