Arraignment Set For Accused Murderer Timothy Norton

One of two men charged with kidnapping and murdering Cassidy Rainwater in Dallas County last summer has waived his right to hear evidence against him.

Timothy Norton and his attorney formally waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday, and a judge has set a circuit court arraignment date of February 22nd.

Norton and his lawyer will appear via video.
