Man Charged In Shooting Rampage at Convenience Store in Koshkonong

A man has been charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action for a shooting rampage at a convenience store in Koshkonong, Missouri.

The town is about 140 miles southeast of Springfield.

One of the shooting victims died, and the other three have critical injuries. The injured are being treated at a hospital in Springfield.

The suspect is identified as Christopher Lindley, 28, Thayer.

He’s being held without bond.

Officers responded to the Snappy Mart around 5:15 a.m. Saturday.

Witnesses heard multiple shots, and several people saw the shootings from either inside or outside the store, but did not suffer any injuries.

There’s no word on a motive for the shooting.
